The Garden Institute exists because biography is more than narrative, memory is more than storage and identity is more than data.
Human continuity requires methods for evidence, consent, sensitivity, interpretation, preservation and inheritance. It requires the ability to distinguish record from recollection, fact from inference and stewardship from possession.
The work is not nostalgia. It is infrastructure for carrying lives, relationships and cultural knowledge forward without flattening them.
